Under the guidance of the Principal and the Administration Council, the College is served by a staff of highly-qualified, experienced and dedicated professionals who work together to fulfil the College mission. Newly-graduated teachers are welcome and are nurtured by Learning Area Leaders and other experienced teachers.

Staff and Learning Area meetings are held regularly and opportunities for professional development are provided. Individually and collectively, members of staff strive to develop their spiritual and professional talents to fulfil better their role as Christian educators.

The counsellors and the library staff provide immediate guidance and support to students with respect to their learning programmes and with personal or social problems. Technical support staff ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of specialist learning areas and Grounds and Maintenance staff efficiently care for the physical needs of the students and the staff of the College.
