The College Board is responsible for the financial management and capital development of the College, and provides an advisory service in education. It operates through sub-committees for Finance, Building and Planning.
In setting the fee structure, the College Board aims to provide an affordable high-quality education for students from a variety of socio-economic and cultural backgrounds, including students from overseas countries.
